FUERSTENAU OPEN HOUSE

(Meet the Teacher Day & All School Picnic)

TUESDAY, AUGUST 31, 2010

OPEN HOUSE – 4:30-6:00 p.m.

PICNIC – 5:30-7:00 p.m.

Bring your family to the FECC Soccer Field area (behind the bldg.) and bring your own picnic dinner.  This will be a great time to connect with other FECC Families!

 

First Day of School Information:

The first day of school is Tuesday, September 7. Morning students attend from 8:17-11:27 a.m. and Afternoon students attend from 12:12-3:22 p.m. Full day classes attend from 8:17 a.m. - 3:22 p.m daily. Our hope is that our new students and parents end the first day feeling excited about the new school year.

We request that you drive your kindergartener to school on the first day. You are welcome to attend school with your child until 10:00 a.m. (with your morning or full day student) or 2:00 p.m. (with your afternoon student.) The Bus Orientation is scheduled from 9:00-9:30 a.m. and 1:00-1:30 p.m. Your child will go on a short bus ride to become familiar with the school bus and safety guidelines. We do ask that your child follow their normal take-home schedule on the first day of school.
