Special Education Services
DeWitt Public Schools provides many special services within the framework of state and federal governing regulations. An individualized Education Program (IEP) is developed for each student who qualifies for support services based on their referrals and evaluations. Program information for our district may be obtained by contacting out department. Clinton County Regional Educational Services Agency provides each district in our county with personnel to work with our students in the areas of speech/language, occupational and physical therapy as well as psychology and social work. CCRESA offers a wide-range of classroom programs at their facility in St. Johns.
